Ms. Sheets is the partner in charge of the firm’s Collections Litigation Group.  Ms. Sheets’ practice focuses on the areas of Collections and general Civil Litigation.
  
Ms. Sheets has over 15 years of experience successfully representing clients in complex matters from the pre-suit investigation phase through trial in diverse areas of law ranging from evictions, creditor’s rights, personal injury, premises liability, product liability claims, automobile and commercial truck accidents, premises liability as well as insurance coverage disputes, with a focus on collections, breach of contract litigation and mechanic lien disputes and enforcement.  

Ms. Sheets is a 2009 graduate of Nova Southeastern Law School where she was a member of the Student Bar Association and the Vice President of the Evening Law Student Association.  Ms. Sheets is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as all United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in Florida.
