Mr. Fagerstrom is a junior partner in the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice focuses on liability litigation, automobile negligence, premises liability, and professional malpractice.

Previously, Mr. Fagerstrom practiced administrative law and served as an intern to the Honorable Ellen Leesfield in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. During law school, he was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review.

He is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. In addition, he serves as a member of the Circuit Court Civil Law Practice Committee and the Personal Injury/Wrongful Death Law CLE Committee.

Mr. Fagerstrom graduated from Boston University in 2002 and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006 and is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in Florida.
